Arminder Deol
Arminder is an epidemiologist and mathematical modeller with field experience across sub-Saharan Africa, China, and India. She has led studies informing national and international strategy and policy, including intervention evaluation, mathematical modelling, and epidemiological and statistical analyses. She is Head of Data Science and Advanced Analysis at the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI), within the Department of Epidemiology and Data Science. Her team supports CEPI’s end-to-end vaccine development work and the 100 Days Mission through advanced analytics, including simulation modelling, AI, and infectious disease modelling. Arminder holds an MSc in Epidemiology from Imperial College London, and a PhD focused on mathematical modelling to inform global health strategy.
