Craig Rayner AM, PharmD, MBA, FRCP Edin, FTSE, FAHMS, is a medicine developer and entrepreneur who has spent his career improving how new therapies are translated from discovery to patients. He is Co-Founder and CEO of Oktopi, a cognitive infrastructure platform that applies AI to strengthen decision-making across medicine development.

Craig has held senior clinical, scientific and leadership roles at Roche, CSL and Moderna, where he focused on the evaluation and development of innovative medicines. Before founding Oktopi, he co-founded d3 Medicine, acquired by Certara, and went on to serve as President of Integrated Development at Certara, where he scaled the use of multidisciplinary, model-informed and data-driven approaches to accelerate drug development.

Craig is an Adjunct Professor and Distinguished Alumnus of Monash University, an elected fellow of several academies, and was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia for services to pharmacology and added to the COVID Honor roll.
