Dr Klara Henderson is DFAT’s new products and access advisor in the Global Health and Education Division, leading work to accelerate equitable access to health innovations across the Indo-Pacific. Over a career spanning more than two decades, she has worked across government, multilateral organisations, global health partnerships and the not-for-profit sector, supporting research and development and equitable access to vaccines, medicines, diagnostics and other health technologies. Klara has worked with and advised leading international organisations including WHO, Gavi, the World Bank, UNAIDS and CEPI. Her expertise includes global health policy, infectious diseases, health financing, market access and product introduction.
